I grew up in a Chinese takeaway. I loved the food, but saw how a massive menu made it hard to keep it consistent.
I dreamed of sharing this cuisine with the world by doing the opposite—focusing on a condensed, premium experience.
After meeting Simon Squibb in London, I finally gained the courage to chase that dream.
The Meaning
JIA means Home. We’ve stripped away the noise to focus on what matters: authentic taste, high quality, and the feeling of a home-cooked meal.
